"Stimulus" At Work

So far, the government has spent $3.4 million of your money for the design of a turtle tunnel near Tallahassee, Florida, that will allow turtles to safely cross Highway 27. The actual construction of the 13 foot tunnel will cost taxpayers $6 million.

I wonder who will teach them to use the tunnel? I am sure a few million dollars will need to be spent on a turtle tunnel training course.
